The People Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by supporting key administrative and engagement tasks across the employee lifecycle. This fixed-term role, until 9th January 2026, will provide essential support to the People Experience Team. The Coordinator will focus on administrative excellence, onboarding and engagement, and streamlining processes to enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities include administrative support such as managing the People Team inbox, maintaining the company wiki, event coordination, offsite coordination and administering co-working programs. You will also support reward and recognition as well as survey administration. You will also coordinate onboarding and induction sessions.
