Role Overview:
- Protect clients by providing expert advice on insurance products.
- Service a high volume of quality leads from a successful Mortgage business.
- Work remotely from home with flexibility, or hybrid near London or Southampton.
Compensation:
- Base salary of £30,000 per year.
- Commission from first sale at 17-20% of 97% gross, no ratchets or validation targets.
- OTE £75,000+ with potential for significantly higher earnings through over achievement.
Requirements:
- Strong experience and solid tenure as a Protection Advisor.
- Ambitious, professional, and ready to take career to next level.
- Ability to manage 40 leads per month from Mortgage Only advisors.
