What You Will Do:
- Supervise daily imaging operations, assigning tasks and ensuring continuous workflow.
- Oversee resource allocation, booking freelance staff as needed.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures for print and digital outputs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years as a retoucher or image editor in commercial studios.
- Supervisory experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary range $85,000 - $115,000 annually.
- Annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
