Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Lending Team in managing loan portfolios and new credit relationships.
- Underwrite and document complex commercial loans, ensuring timely annual reviews and risk monitoring.
- Act as primary contact for borrowing relationships and assist in training junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of loan underwriting experience, ideally in commercial lending within a financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; RMA certifications a plus.
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations, financial analysis, and commercial loan documentation.
