Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Mercury's portfolio of strategic lending partners, including lending management system providers and ecosystem partners.
- Serve as primary point of contact for partners, internally championing their capabilities and constraints.
- Lead new partner selection, due diligence, and onboarding for lending partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of banking/payment operations experience and 4+ years of strategic partnerships or B2B product experience.
- Experience managing lending management system providers and operating in highly regulated environments.
- Strong communication, project management, and negotiation skills with a product-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
- Base salary ranges from $162,800 to $226,100 depending on location, plus equity and competitive benefits.
