Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and own training and post-training pipelines: data preparation, fine-tuning, preference optimization, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.
• Build inference and serving layer: model gateway with provider routing, fallback, regional pinning for data residency, batching, and caching.
• Own release path for model-layer artifacts: version prompts, model selections, and tool definitions as deployable config; run shadow and canary deployments by tenant; make rollback fast and boring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong production Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML pipelines and tooling, including training or fine-tuning workflows, experiment tracking, and model registries.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $211,000 - $249,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.
• Exact salary determined based on location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
