Senior Project Manager - SaaS

Lead deployments for mid-to-large-size customers and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration. Own project planning aligning with business objective and contract and develop and own project plans aligned with business objectives and contracts including complex schedules with task dependencies, resource allocations, and stakeholder maps. Independently manage project scope, milestones, and blockers using JIRA, Freshdesk, and Smartsheet and report progress against KPIs. Proactively identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and secure stakeholder alignment. Serve as the primary contact for mid-to-large-tier clients, ensuring clear, timely communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Prepare and present executive-level project updates and customer status reports, highlighting value realization and outcomes. Contribute to PMO best practices and standardization.
