Bluesight is seeking an experienced Event and Marketing Coordinator to plan, support and coordinate innovation-focused conferences, trade shows, learning sessions, symposiums, and showcases. The specialist will work with the marketing and product teams to create immersive event experiences and integrated campaigns for our products. The Coordinator builds relationships and works collaboratively across programs.
Works cross-functionally and partners with colleagues on event and campaign strategies, while aligning to Bluesight campaigns for product promotion. Acts as project manager of programs/initiatives/campaigns and associated creative deliverables, timelines, and budgets, including maintaining internal and external partnerships and vendor relationships. Communicates and closely manage details regarding setups, services, equipment needs, catering needs, and the scope of work.
