Accounts Receivable - Collections Specialist

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely management of the organization’s customer collections processes. This role involves full ownership of global customer collections. The role also entails activities related to accounts receivable such as customer onboarding and purchase order procurement. The ideal candidate will ensure strong cash flow by maintaining positive customer relationships and resolving discrepancies efficiently. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to support overall financial accuracy and operational success. Expedite the resolution of unpaid customer accounts to ensure timely cash collection while maintaining customer goodwill. Establish, execute and maintain receivables process, with a focus on improving collections velocity. Create and maintain month-end and year-end close processes and prepare weekly collection and accounts receivable status reports for the executive team.
