About the Role:
- Lead and scale the ERP integration team from ~10 to 50 engineers.
- Design a sustainable team model including distributed and near-shore delivery.
- Report directly to the Founder CTO.
Technical Ownership:
- Set architecture and standards for connectors across on-premise, cloud, REST, and file-based patterns.
- Drive reusability and consistent data mapping to the BLP canonical model.
- Uphold enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and audit trails.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent BLP in technical conversations with senior customer stakeholders.
- Scope integration solutions and build trust through delivery.
- Partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams to master the fragmented US ERP landscape.
Team Development:
- Build documentation, playbooks, and processes for a 50-person team.
- Onboard and develop new engineers for rapid productivity.
- Foster knowledge sharing and a strong sense of ownership.
