Senior Manager, Presales Engineering

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 senior pre-sales engineers while personally engaging in technical sales.
• Discover customer requirements and build complete solutions including core Acumatica, ISV, AI, and professional services.
• Develop scalable processes involving partners, internal sales, and implementation teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP solution building and demonstration experience.
• 5+ years directly managing and mentoring presales engineers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to solve ambiguous problems.

Additional Information:

• Salary range $140,000-160,000 annually plus bonus and stock potential.
