Manager, Solutions Engineering Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Solutions Engineering team, defining and executing go-to-market strategies for the Commercial vertical.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive business growth through opportunity identification and qualification.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering a growth-oriented and collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams as part of Sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial accounts and executive presence with a coaching mentality.
• Willingness to obtain AI certification and deep understanding of AI systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

• OTE pay range of $203,000 - $305,000, plus eligibility for equity and bonus/commission.

Work Environment:
