Role Overview:
- You will serve as both a business consultant and technical expert, guiding prospective customers through discovery and design of Cresta's AI solutions.
- You connect deeply with customer stakeholders to understand their business goals and technical environments.
- You architect intelligent solutions combining LLMs, SLMs, and real-time AI assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Cresta's AI capabilities.
- Own proof-of-value engagements, including integrations and ROI workshops.
- Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience with 3-5 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software or contact center.
- Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and AI/ML technologies including LLMs and SLMs.
- Consultative mindset with ability to translate technical complexity to business impact.
