Job Description

Manage a high volume of daily customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Provide immediate assistance for general enquiries, order updates, product questions, and basic troubleshooting. Assess customer needs for custom orders and accurately record this information for the sales/production team. Log every call in the CRM system with detailed notes. Forward high-potential leads to Sales Representatives. Provide customers with accurate information on garment types, sizes, fabric, colors, and printing techniques. Resolve common issues with a solutions-focused approach and aim to retain customer satisfaction. Handle email/live chat queries, collect customer feedback, create artwork proof images, monitor and manage production flow chart, and nurture relationships with past customers.
