Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation project lifecycle for corporate accounts, defining plans, timelines, and deliverables with all stakeholders.
- Consult on and configure travel policy, vendor management, and reporting solutions in collaboration with Product Integration and Technology teams.
Implementation Configuration:
- Fulfill client requirements for GDS setup, user registration, and profile administration, managing fulfillment timelines.
- Develop and coordinate test plans, track change management, and conduct final client walk-throughs for system release.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires 3-7+ years in corporate travel, account management, or project implementation with strong GDS and booking tool knowledge.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, managing multiple priorities and projects under time constraints.
