Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Network to join our Cloud Operations team. This is a remote role for the USA.
Reporting to the Manager Network Engineering, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating closely with a team of skilled engineers to deploy, operate, monitor, and support network infrastructures across multiple data centers. Acting as the L3 technical escalation point, taking a lead role in managing and resolving high-severity or critical incidents. Performing thorough peer reviews on configuration and change scripts to ensure accuracy, validity, and adherence to standards.
Offering expert technical guidance and mentorship to the team within the network domain, fostering growth and knowledge sharing. Participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous operational support and issue resolution.
