Job Description
In this role, you will lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, ensuring delivery excellence, strong governance, and seamless client collaboration. You will oversee planning, execution, and milestone management across multiple concurrent engagements while guiding teams and clients through Workday best practices. With a focus on scope control, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment, you will drive successful outcomes in complex, enterprise-grade transformation programs. This position provides the opportunity to mentor project teams, contribute to functional and technical decision-making, and support scalable delivery methodologies. You will work remotely within India while supporting clients across global time zones.
You will manage full Workday implementation lifecycles, overseeing planning, governance, charter creation, staffing plans, risk logs, and milestone approvals. Leading the execution of multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and agreed scope is critical. Applying Workday implementation methodology to guide clients through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and adoption phases will also be critical. Collaborate with client-side project managers to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain strong delivery momentum. Present project updates effectively to executive stakeholders and project teams.
