Job Description
The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones. They will also own candidate communications, including confirmations, rejections, updates, and follow-ups. This role involves maintaining the ATS, drafting job descriptions, and managing applicant intake. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on timelines and touchpoints, as well as suggest improvements to coordination workflows and candidate-facing templates. The candidate will own an important piece of the hiring process, collaborate across teams, and join a remote-first team that values reliability, clarity, and thoughtful hiring.
