Technical Program Manager

Veeva’s Security team needs an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects deploying cyber security systems, tracking scheduled work, and reporting project status and metrics to both security and product teams. This role requires a technical background to assist with technical system reviews and validation efforts to ensure systems are functioning per the project requirements. The technical program manager will provide coordination between various security, IT, operations, and engineering teams to ensure success.

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and reporting of multiple security projects (SAST, SCA, DAST, Vulnerability Management). They will build and maintain working relationships within security and with internal IT/product teams, and vendors, and present vulnerability metrics and health to development teams. They will create dashboards and metrics to track SLAs and remediation timelines, scope new projects, create and execute plans for proof of value evaluations with potential new or existing vendors, and enable their project team to focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation.
