• Provide mental health support to clients via telehealth, including Workers Compensation Schemes and Employee Assistance Programs.
• Assist individuals navigating work-related issues such as injuries, stress, and pain management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Access Psych offers qualified face-to-face and telehealth mental health support services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns.

Assist individuals to access, maintain or return to suitable vocational activities. Determine appropriate vocational goals and identify the need for any vocational rehabilitation. Evaluate the Participant’s current and potential vocational abilities through assessment.

• Help people access, maintain, or return to appropriate professional activities.
• Determine appropriate professional goals and identify the need for professional rehabilitation and/or support services to achieve these goals.
• Analyze physical, cognitive and psychological skills to create a professional profile.

• Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace topics.
• Coordinate site-specific activities such as benefit fairs and wellness activities.
• Provide case management for US employees and their families preparing for international assignments.

• Lead and deliver specialist counselling using CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities
