This role is responsible for coordinating the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that enables our event programs to scale effectively, including project plans, registration workflows, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and asset management. Your Daily Adventures will include:
Event Operations & Project Coordination: Assist in creation of detailed event project plans in Asana, ensuring alignment across teams and on time delivery of all milestones. Support cross-functional workflows and timelines. Oversee logistics and maintain consistency with brand standards.
Vendor & Budget Management: Support RFPs, vendor sourcing, selection, and contracting. Coordinate procurement efforts and assist with budget management.
Reporting & ROI Tracking: Coordinate event registration logistics and collaborate with Marketing Operations. Maintain accurate attendee data and assist with post-event reporting.
