Paid Media Manager, International

About the Role:

• International growth is next for Grüns, and this role is how we make it real.
• You'll own our paid media engine across the UK, EU, Canada, and ANZ.
• This is a hands-on role building campaigns, tracking, and playbooks from scratch.

In This Role, You Will:

• Launch and scale Meta and Google campaigns across priority international markets.
• Own measurement end to end, including CAPI, GA4, and incrementality testing.
• Scale spend into the millions while protecting CAC and contribution margin.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years in performance marketing with hands-on paid media ownership.
• Has launched and scaled Meta and Google campaigns in at least two international markets.
• Has real command of GDPR-compliant tracking and measurement.
