Job Description
As Sales Manager Ruminants you will work under guidance of the Country Manager and you will have a variety of task and duties in order to obtain the targets such as: Support and grow Kemin's ruminant business in Turkey. Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with customers at every stage of the sales process Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support production and inventory planning. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to execute territory-specific plans. Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support. Achieve consistent growth in overall sales and gross margin in line with annual targets. Conduct meetings with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
