International Operations - P2P

This role will work closely with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, healthy liquidity, risk mitigation, and a high-quality trading experience for our users. You will oversee daily on/off ramp channel operations, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal conversion rates across payment methods and fiat pairs in targeted markets. You will also collaborate closely with product, risk, compliance, customer support, and local teams to maintain operational efficiency and controlled risk levels. An understanding of the local market will be needed to independently navigate regulatory environments through cross team collaboration to ensure compliance and support expansion of fiat on/off-ramp capabilities. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key indicators, analyzing market trends, identifying operational bottlenecks, managing merchant ecosystem development, and providing actionable business insights to internal teams.
