Property Large Loss Adjuster

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve high-severity property claims with empathy and expertise.
• Conduct on-site inspections, create detailed estimates using Xactimate, and manage claim files.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of property claims handling experience, including large losses.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, estimating, and coverage analysis.
• Valid adjuster licensing and Xactimate certification preferred.
