Director, Learner Affairs

The Director of Learner Affairs is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing systems that ensure an equitable, safe, and supportive learning environment for all Per Scholas learners. This role involves initial hands-on involvement of existing processes, while concurrently working with the SVP of Learner Success in developing the departmental framework. The priority areas of this department are compliance with ADA accommodation requests and learner complaints that must be appropriately routed and addressed. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the learner experience and thrives in a collaborative environment. This person should bring both a people-centered approach to their work and a strong attention to detail and process. Time management, analytical decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical skills in this role.
