Responsibilities:
- Own high-level design and documentation of Salesforce solution frameworks to meet user needs and conduct gap analysis.
- Maintain the underlying Salesforce data model, manage extensions, and oversee integrations with third-party systems.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Support the Salesforce team by providing technical leadership, encouraging best practices, and troubleshooting user issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Requires 4+ years of Salesforce Solution Architect experience and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
- Demonstrated experience with complex projects, LWC, Apex, Flows, and deployment tools like Azure DevOps is essential.
