Staff Machine Learning Engineer, ML Platform

The Opportunity:

• Own the platform layer between data science and infrastructure, splitting time between the managed feature store and training/deployment platforms.
• Drive the move into deep learning and streaming models while ensuring data scientists can move faster and more independently.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Establish the feature store as the starting point for model training, standardizing retraining and reproducibility.
• Turn repetitive data science steps into self-service agents and skills, removing engineers from the deployment loop.
• Extend monitoring for drift, prediction quality, and serving health with dashboards data scientists use directly.
