Operations Manager, Medicare Part D

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Operations Manager, Medicare Part D to join our Government Programs Team!   As part of the Government Programs Team and reporting to the General Manager, Medicare Part D, the Operations Manager, Medicare Part D leads the team responsible for Navitus’ Medicare EGWP Product operational processes, including benefit requirements, member materials, web content, and general Medicare Part D support. The Manager will ensure successful completion of projects led by the team and ongoing support of the resulting processes. This position will interface primarily with the Government Programs Medicare Functional Product Team, Technical Operations Team, Part D Compliance Team, Implementation Team, and Client Account Management. Responsible for establishing meaningful objectives for the team while clearly defining roles & responsibilities for each team member. They will delegate necessary authority to team members for them to be able to achieve their objectives and provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career growth.
