Essential Duties:
- Manage end-to-end migration processes for multi-property portfolios, ensuring deliverables and client expectations are met.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients during migrations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams like Operations, Marketing, Treasury, and IT to align on requirements and maintain stakeholder visibility.
Experience & Skills:
- Requires 4–6 years in client services, property management, or transitions, with experience in large-scale multi-property projects preferred.
- Must have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM platforms is essential for this role.
Role Context:
- This position is fully remote and focuses on complex portfolio migrations into and out of the Asset Living portfolio.
- It involves strategic planning, process improvement, mentorship for other specialists, and documentation of migration trackers.
- The role requires autonomy and cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
