Software Engineer, Design Systems

About the Design Systems Team:

• The team builds the foundations that help product teams create high-quality experiences quickly, consistently, and accessibly.
• They work across React Native and web to design, build, document, and evolve shared components, tokens, patterns, and tooling.

In This Role:

• You will build accessible, reusable components and contribute to shared component libraries with a focus on quality and usability.
• You will help evolve design system foundations, including tokens, patterns, documentation, and tooling.
• You will partner across design and engineering to understand needs and translate design intent into durable implementations.

About You:

• You have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• You have strong frontend fundamentals and a demonstrated interest in accessibility and inclusive design.
• You are interested in design systems and enjoy collaborating closely with designers and engineers to balance flexibility and standardization.
