Technical Expertise:
- Possess strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting to both individual contributors and executives.
- Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrate familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Partner with account managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers through demos, trials, and ongoing support.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Have strong project management skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve customer business issues and drive mutual goals.
