Job Description
This role involves:
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small group of developers, maintain strong relationships with internal customers, and establish a clear automation strategy.
- Financials: Own yearly budgeting for automation initiatives, monitor monthly expenses, track variances, and build business cases.
- Operations and Delivery: Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation use cases, drive continuous improvement opportunities, and manage cross-functional projects.
- Technology, Data, and Governance: Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, implement and scale core technologies, and establish AI and model governance.
- Success Measurement: Focus on documented ROI, cycle time reduction, improved compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
