Job Description
You will partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to customers and prospective customers and help the team meet their quarterly sales targets. You will provide presentations to customers and prospective customers such as whiteboards, product demos, slides, and proof of value outcomes. You will engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, with an emphasis on pre-sales, but also help out with onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.
You will build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be Push champions and help customers and prospective customers build plans for showing the value of the Push platform in their environment (proof of value). You will serve as the customer advocate to other Push teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing and invest time in learning new product features, industry developments, and broadening your overall technical skillset. Finally, you will represent Push in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events; willingness to travel is required.
