Senior Network Engineer

Position Overview:

• The Senior Network Engineer provides advanced engineering, operational, and advisory support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• This role adds technical leadership to the core network engineering scope, with emphasis on architecture, secure access design, and continuous monitoring.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, operate, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to support availability, scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Implement and maintain network security controls aligned to federal security standards, Zero Trust architecture, and vendor best practices.
• Engineer secure network access controls, including 802.1X, role-based access, and identity-aware models.

Minimum Requirements:

• Eight years of experience in network engineering, including enterprise or federal network environments.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust network principles, segmentation, access control, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience with centralized logging, vulnerability management, hardening, and incident support.
