Position Description:
- Play a key role in building and developing server-side applications.
- Drive the technical strategy.
- Nurture the growth of engineers.
Position Duties:
- Oversee the team’s participation in production support, ensuring timely incident response.
- Maintain a high attention to detail and ensure the team executes with operational rigor across delivery, quality, and documentation.
- Help shape the evolution of Motus’ engineering environment and technical direction.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a management or technical leadership position
- 5-9+ years of experience developing server applications (Java/Spring ecosystem preferred)
- Experience working in a Scrum environment and working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
