Vice President, People Analytics, Technology and Services

The Vice President, People Analytics, Technology and Services is responsible for overall HRIS, analytics, and HR Service Center. This role oversees all HR applications including HRIS, performance management and learning systems. The current platform is Peoplesoft but migrating to Workday over the next 2 years. This role partners with HMH and HR leaders to lead the analysis of all HR business processes to expand the use of HR technology to increase efficiency in current processes and make recommendations for efficient work distribution and workflow. This role leads the strategy and development of HR analytics to measure and support better informed business decisions. The role directs Shared Services management to ensure all staff is trained and knowledgeable on content areas supported by the HR Service Center to achieve positive employee encounters.
