Own the full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding for our operations organizations, ensuring an excellent experience for everyone involved. Collaborate with operations leadership and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment. Develop and implement streamlined hiring best practices across our operations teams including the development of strategic sourcing strategies that unlock quality talent pipelines for current and future positions. Champion and drive DE&I hiring initiatives. Collaborate with operations leaders to drive data-informed decisions and foster transparent hiring process that support the growth of diverse and sustainable teams. Effectively use our tools (Ashby & LinkedIn Recruiter) and adhere to process SOPs. Present market data to hiring teams regarding the talent and market landscape.
