Job Description

This role on the Business Intelligence Team in the Finance organization, reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics. This dynamic team reports business results, informs strategic action, and implements special projects. The scope of the Business Intelligence team includes Reporting and Data Visualization for Client Service, Sales, Finance, Senior Leadership, and the Board. Strategic Analytics involves detailed analysis to answer business questions. Data Integration combines data from various sources using custom data pipelines (Python, SQL, etc.) to extract, transform, and load to our data warehouse.

The Senior Analyst, Management & Performance Analytics, will develop and oversee reports and tools that indicate performance of key elements of the Mercer business. This person will provide performance metrics and incentive compensation reporting to 350+ Wealth Advisors. They will collaborate with executive leadership, including the SVP, Wealth Operations and Experience, Executive Managing Directors, and VP of Compensation. They will collaborate with the Head of Client Service to deliver continuous productivity improvement and exceed client expectations. You will also serve as Power BI expert.
