The Senior Account Director is a leadership role in Account Management ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. They help nurture and expand client relationships by understanding client goals and aligning our teams and services to meet those objectives. The Sr Account Director balances client demands with internal demands associated with staffing and resource planning, financial management, and motivate their team to deliver the best results to our clients on a daily basis.
You will report to our Group Account Director and work closely with other VP, SVP, and EVP level executives. Responsibilities include nurturing long-term client relationships, managing complex digital engagements, identifying client needs, and providing leadership of strategic planning efforts.
