Job Description
As a Sales Trainer II, you will design and deliver advanced sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, sales methodologies, and soft skills development. You will facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, provide one-on-one coaching, and develop training materials tailored to different sales roles. The role includes creating assessments to measure training effectiveness and monitor trainee progress, while staying current on industry trends and collaborating with various teams to align training with company goals. The position also involves tracking training outcomes and acting as a mentor to junior trainers. Travel is required up to 25% of the time.
