Responsibilities:

  • Administer and govern sales compensation programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across variable-based roles.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to maintain strong controls and clear organizational communication.

Skills Required:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, or related analytical roles, with preference for SPIFF or similar platform experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-impact data, recurring processes, and complex workflows with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and clear communication for senior leaders and non-finance partners.

90-Day Plan Overview:

  • First 30 days: Build understanding of sales compensation plans, processes, governance, and key stakeholders, learning core systems and workflows.
  • First 60 days: Independently support recurring administration, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • 90 days and beyond: Own the administration process with confidence, serving as a trusted partner and implementing workflow improvements for scalability.
