Higher Command (HICOM) Support Team Lead

Seize the opportunity to make a personal impact as a Higher Command (HICOM) Support Team Lead for the US Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program. The position leads the HICOM, typically in the form of a Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters. The role involves teaching, coaching, mentoring and training Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of MISSION Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2). Impact involves providing direct support to ARNG collective training events and exercises and serving as either the Deputy Commander or Commander of the Joint Force, Corps, or Division higher command. Deliverables and products include the publication of Division and above operation orders. Flex work may be available following extended exercise events and based upon mission requirements.
