The HST Lead will support the MCTSP, providing direct support to ARNG collective training events and exercises. You will serve as either the Deputy Commander or Commander of the Joint Force, Corps, or Division higher command, responsible for deliverables and products. You will also teach, coach, mentor and train Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of MISSION Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2).
