Job Description

As a Global Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our payroll solutions with various partner systems, including HR software, time and attendance systems, and accounting platforms. You will manage a small team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our global payroll partners. Key responsibilities include supporting product development by becoming a power user of the Helios platform, collaborating with various teams, and conducting rigorous testing. You'll also focus on global payroll compliance by staying updated on regulations, conducting audits, developing policies, and ensuring data privacy and security. Additionally, you will provide support and client consultation, serve as a point of escalation for payroll issues, and contribute to training resources. You will also be responsible for team management, overseeing operations, providing coaching, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role also includes managing the global year-end process, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate tax form submissions.
