The role involves:
- Leading the cross-functional execution of the Product + Engineering roadmap, establishing plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management processes.
- Collaborating with Product leadership to translate strategy into an integrated roadmap with clear priorities and outcomes.
- Defining and evolving the program management playbook for Product + Engineering, mentoring others, and scaling the function.
