Business System Analyst

Job Description:

• The Business Systems Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
• You will work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership.
• The role combines business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work.

Responsibilities:

• Support the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructure.
• Help drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partners.
• Assist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systems.

Qualifications:

• 3-7+ years of business system analyst experience or similar in supply chain logistics companies.
• Strong experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.
• Proven experience coordinating project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and go live execution.
