Job Description

This role as Strategic Account Portfolio Manager focuses on ensuring efficient and effective operations for Carrier’s Strategic accounts. This includes managing day-to-day activities, improving service delivery, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The role often involves optimizing processes, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include acting as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding customer portfolio requirements, partnering with service field branch organization, tracking and reporting compliance, delivering data to third-party platforms, and proactively resolving operational issues. The role also involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and managing accounts receivable.
