Lead Compliance Specialist

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Compliance Specialist to join our team in the manufactured home and chattel lending and servicing sector. This individual must be a proven self-starter who requires minimal direction and can independently take ownership of assignments. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant expertise in compliance and regulatory matters within mortgage and/or manufactured housing chattel loan operations. The role requires the ability to understand the desired end result of a task and drive it through to completion with minimal oversight, while effectively balancing multiple projects and adapting to shifting business priorities.

Key Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting changes in federal and state regulations impacting mortgage and manufactured housing chattel lending and servicing, leading compliance-related projects across business functions, conducting advanced research on regulatory developments and industry trends, and drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
