International Cargo Assistant

Role Overview:

• You will support international logistics operations and contribute to the smooth movement of global shipments.
• You will coordinate with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely cargo processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and international agents to provide updates and support throughout shipment processes.
• Approve and monitor air and ocean shipment documentation, including bills of lading and transport documents.
• Follow up on shipment data submissions through required logistics platforms.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; ongoing higher education preferred.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is desirable.
• Basic to intermediate English skills and strong attention to detail.
